    7. Take a saucepan or cauldron, pour in a little oil, and send to warm up.

    8. Place the pork and vegetables along with the sauce, cover and simmer for half an hour.

    9. Remove the lid, turn up the heat to maximum and fry for about 10 more minutes. Let's taste it.

    Spicy tomato juice marinade

    A variant of a universal spicy marinade made from tomato juice for poultry, meat and even fish. You can also soak vegetables in it for grilling, suitable for mushrooms.

    Ingredients

    0.5 liters of juice;

    Mustard 1 spoon;

    Adjika 1.5 spoons;

    3 pinches of khmeli-suneli seasoning;

    2 cloves of garlic;

    25 ml oil;

    Salt 1 tsp;

    1.5 kg of meat or other product.

    Preparation

    1. Grind mustard and adjika together and add salt.

    2. Pour in the recipe juice.

    3. Throw in the garlic, which needs to be finely chopped.

    4. To soften the taste, add vegetable oil, you can add any oil.

    5. We cut meat or vegetables, chop poultry or divide fish into pieces. Immerse the product used in the marinade.

    6. Let stand for at least an hour, the meat can be longer. We cook on the grill, grill or simply bake in the oven.

    Pollock in tomato marinade with carrots

    Another recipe for pollock in tomato marinade with the addition of vegetables. Mainly carrots are used, which go well with sea fish and share their juiciness.

    Ingredients

    0.5 kg pollock;

    2 carrots;

    1 onion;

    3 tablespoons of tomato paste;

    Oils 50 grams;

    0.1 kg flour.

    Preparation

    1. Prepare the pollock. We cut off the fins from the carcasses, wash and dry them. If there is a dark film inside, then remove it too.

    2. Cut the fish into three centimeter pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let's lie down for a while.

    3. Roll in flour and simply fry. We take it out.

    4. Cut the onion, peel and three carrots, fry together in oil.

    5. Add tomato paste at the end. Fry for a minute and add vinegar.

    6. Lay out the previously fried fish, add boiling water so that it barely reaches the top of the pieces.

    7. Salt the sauce to taste, leave the pollock to simmer until cooked.

    8. Throw in the greens and turn it off.

    Tomato marinade for meat will be much more interesting if you add a little acetic acid or lemon juice to it.

    To create a beautiful crust on meat or poultry, add a little sugar to the marinade along with the tomato. You can also use honey.

    No tomato juice for marinade? You can simply rub the tomatoes through a sieve or dilute the tomato paste in purified water. We check the quantity for the taste, which should be similar to juice.

    I invite you all to attend the tomato festival in our city of Syzran. This holiday has been celebrated here since 2001; it usually falls on one of the weekends in August. A huge number of people gather in the city square, both residents of our city and guests from other cities of Russia. The most memorable thing is the carnival procession from the Kremlin to the main square of the city near the Drama Theater. Guests from other countries also come to this holiday, most often these are guests from France, Brazil and Mexico. They perform for city residents: some play musical instruments, others dance. All this happens during the procession.

    The main hero of the holiday is the Syzran tomato, which leads the carnival procession along the main street of the city. Senor Tomato, of course, has his own retinue, which consists of little tomato girls. It’s not for nothing that they say that we grow some of the most delicious tomatoes; they even invented a holiday in honor of it.

    Near the city square, in the park, various competitions are held for both children and adults. Here, the craftsmen of our city exhibit their crafts, as well as culinary masterpieces, mainly from tomatoes and other seasonal vegetables (zucchini, watermelons, eggplants, etc.)

    The holiday ends with a festive concert on the main square of the city. This year the 15th Syzran Tomato holiday will be celebrated. The holiday program promises to be very interesting, bright and exciting for any age.
